if we are able to solve nutritional and enviornmental issues we will easily reach 95 avg, despite all of it we still have good enough intelligent people to research and develop modern systems. Social stratification and civilization go hand in hand. If different jatis have organized themselves into a hierarchical structure and are able to function as a unit it shows that that society has high average iq. Subsaharans dont have high enough average iq to form social bonds between tribes.
