9 people were killed including a 2 year old and a 14 year old, 41 injured. Only reason rest survived cuz bus drifted into the gorge.

Only thing was that India that time off'd the mastermind Abu Qatal in islamabad about which pakistanis have been screeching for a while.

You are changing your theory again. There's no cross border terrorism from Indian side to pakistanis.

Baloch insurgency has multiple factors - Iran, USA (CIA) and of course R&AW so it's not as clear cut. Pakis are rabid about Kashmir, they themselves claim that kashmir is their juggular...so with or without baloch issue they would not stay silent. But they were contained to a significant extent and were imposed a cost for every misstep against us.

Kashmir issue goes back to our partition and was pretty unrelated to baloch issue. Pakistan after 1971 started death by thousand cuts policy against India which would have probably resulted in our own counters against them or the same.
