Time has taught me that this is the bitter truth. India needs to implement credit system that just pushes the subhuman neo Dalits out to suffer in the corners of roads. Any progress made in this god forsaken nation, is immediately butchered by Indians, and no one else.
>>91811(OP)
To credit you, you are not wrong OP, it's a matter of getting started with it. Everyone is too busy making excuses.
>This won't work
>That won't work
Faggots shut the fuck up, i don't care. Just fix the road, just clean the water, just even our the dumps, just make some low tier affordable house or huts with some sense of architectural planning for fuck sakes.

You are wrong consider every city has one section where you can find similar top notch infra but it degrades as the proximity with the babu hub increases.

It's solely result of our apathetic and incompetent lowest form of governmetn which we care least about - our municipal bodies.
>municipality
>municipal corporations
>nagar panchayat
>tehsil-panchayat
Under them we have different 'wards' which are voted by people. Group of wards in the municipal committee are the ones who discuss problems, work for possible actions etc. etc. Application (executive) side is taken care by the Municipal commissioner aka IAS babu who guide execution of various projects.
I think if bhach wants it can influence ward elections pretty nicely. Our goal should be to influence ward elections on these issues. Our biggest medium for it can be Libertarian party - they are a bit reddit but filled with new generation and are extremely online groups.

A typical ward election has as low as 5000 voters to max 50,000.
Most of the times people are very apathetic so actual voters are even lower.
Since the overall extent of ward elections are very small, limited. We can identify particular ones based on our needs
>smaller ward
>generation which is on younger side
>have propaganda on issues that actual matter - side walk, garbage disposal etc. we invest a lot of time by having side by side comparision of shithole india vs good india like in OP.
Get as many as zoomies, anyone born after 2000 involved and then push it to an extent that this section which is mostly apathetic becomes significant voice and block to shift the narrative.
First step would be tracking various issues faced by indians at individual ward/municipal levels - and what it can be. Then start propaganda wars, involve heavily online political parties like Libertarian on twitter. That's when we begin. this is /infra/ project.
We focus on ward elections throughout India, track who are the incharge, when it is happening, demographic data etc. - this is /pol/ project.
Together with /pol/ and /infra/ and memes from /b/ it can be done.

The Before in the 1st and 3rd pics have sovl, there is no real need to change those. What we really need is more diversified public transport outside tier-1 cities!

vQBhol
No.92015
We already have @libertypartyind they are online enough that they can notice, so we need to push them to fight at local elections at municipal level on issues that actually matter.
Forget about state elections for a while. We will indirectly find out issues that they can work upon, make memes etc. Even online campaigns to get zoomies care about this.

and stop building metros smh. Look at what Kolkata and Chennai did with their public transport budgets despite being given far less

Dumb opinion. Chennai metro is the best thing that can happen to the city. And they are doing great with phased manner of upgrade. It's expensive but alright.
>Have metro for cities with 3mn+ population
>Metro lite for lower population
>BRT like services for even lesser ones.
Apart from that bus services should be there for the rest of the places apart form metro services etc. Public infra should have places for pedestrians and cyclists.
Keep city roads limited to 2 or 4 lanes and avoid fly overs at all cost.
Increase tree structures between and around roads in cities.

sir, once you see the suburban railway they have you will cum in your underwear. It does the same thing as the metro, but better with more capacity and cheaper rates
All they need is more AC

Fuck off we need metro, not just for tier 1 cities, but for every Indian city with a population of 1 million plus. Also tram lines for every city with 100,000.

Bangalore is also building its own suburban but since the urban sprawl here is massive (it makes Mumbai's metropolitan area look small in comparison due to it being less dense) it will require a lot more planning and effort than what it took for Chennai
Though the first ones are coming in 2027 so we'll see ig

The metro station concept is something that is really only suitable for Delhi, Kolkata and maybe Mumbai (though the latter two already have strong alternative public transportation systems)

Saar those cities were build with car in mind in the 20th century. city plannes across the world have realised how retarded that way of thinking is now. You build metro to serve for centuries, not years or even decades, and running it purely to turn a profit is a failure on part of planning.

I know about their local trains, it's extensive but non-ac however just recently they inaugerated ac trainset and most likely these will phase out non-ac one in near future.
Metro network will only complement it, phase 1 of metro was pretty meh but phase two is where results are there speaking. 118km+ under construction with rapid pace. Once completed it will reach 180km.
I can't exactly say how well it is complementing existing suburban and how much it was needed but just metro alone seem very significant enough.

Saar have you even travelled in local trains? The infra and services in metro network are all better.
It's alright if we are going for metro in cities with more than 4mn+ populace. Mumbai metro network would mogg so hard in coming future.
Metro lite / tram type system for lower density populace is better.

Indian problems are hard to fix because the person who has to fix the problem is a pajeet. And other pajeets would never elect a visionary.
