Pramod singh lodu. Listen. Dht activates beard follicles for the first time. It lays the base. After that, your testosterone keeps them growing. Most adults still grow normal beard even with less dht. Or else every guy with 0 baldness will have meeky beard.
(Unless you have some medical conditions too sensitive with hormones)
