Maine last time face pe moisturizer 14 saal ki umr mein lagaya thha. Uske baad mujhe pimples hone lage aur moisturizer ka use band karne par pimples chale gaye. Ab maine fir se face pe moisturizer lagana shuru kar diya hai 27 saal ki umr mein. Ye wala.

Change your bed sheets and pillow covers every week. Have 4 of each and if possible use silk pillow covers. That is anti bacterial, and anti abrasive, not to mention takes care of any kind of potential breakout, acne, all of other bullshit.

Standard Minimalist Salicylic Acid. I never needed anything more than that.

Nivea Men Creme with UV protection, it's non sticky and it is pretty light. Good for hands too.
>What sabun do you use?
I prefer Cinthol Deo a lot, I don't like perfumed soaps but simply deodrised ones that kill body odor. But anything goes, no self respecting man really complains about soap when it all serves the same purpose, her rid of impurities, dead skin and dust/dirt on your skin.
>What shampoo do you use?
Clinic Plus, because I have great hair genes, I don't need to do more than that. Shit it abrasive and actually helps you grow long hair if you want to.
>What tel do you use?
When i visit Barber, after I get a trim, I always and I always have him use the blow dryer on high intensity and low hit to get rid of every fabric of hair from my head.
Then I proceed to make him give me the strongest massage with the hand massage gauntlet jack hammer thingy with a chilled bottle of Navratan Thanda Thanda Cool Cool oil. That shit makes me feel like i have ascended or something.
Sometimes I use standard Parachute Coconut Oil, i don't mind using Bajaj Almond Oil either, tho either doesn't make much of a difference to me except keeping calm healthy (fat and vitamins carried in fat are good for hair and nails). Hell, I may mix them in future and see if that does something.

Anything odorless, Nivea Roll Ons are my go to anons. Bhaiyo, invest in a good Deo, don't worry about smelling good, worry about not smelling bad and you will be all right.

Unironically anything by Bellavita, it's cheap and affordable and actually smells good.
>What supplements are you currently using?
None, since I am a heavy eater and as a result I get pretty much any micro nutrients I may need due to how diverse my pallette is. I never fall sick, my skin is great, my hair is good, I tend to gain weight but I shred it off in a month or two. Life is good as fuck right now.

Added note, I don't like using oil outside when I get a fresh cut or visit Barber, so I use hair cream which keeps it protected from this 40°C retarded temperature that I have to survive everyday.

I don't use wildstone anymore, but it has some goated fragrance not gonna lie. Red rush and musk were too good, and it was my go to when I was a teen. (Either it was the fragrance being that good, or the "aese na mujhe tum dekho" really being a good marketing campaign kek)

What soap you are using? Okay nvm, for dove the tfm content is less than 70% which is worse than grade 3 soaps.
There are dove soaps which are more of a skin care thing than soap.

I'm using dove sandalwood soap and Mysore sandal gold. Love the fragrance. And yeah, it's skin safe for bathing. They're both grade 1 soaps in TFM.
