Truth is indian diet is horrible as whole it is very low on protein, but it's not due to meat, it's due to the very carb heavy nature. Meat unironically is a great source of protein, meats majority of amino acids needed for good health and building good physique. Problem is, its just not a very sustainable one, or a balanced one and most pajeets that eat meat still eat carb slop in the end, with large portion being nothing but carbs. Majority of retards will end up paying for over priced foul or lamb, and it is extremely hard to eat that every day of week in large enough amount to meet your entire protein intake. Butchers keep them in horrible conditions, the quality is shit overall due to lack of licensed or trained butchers and Mudslimes have saturated the market since the bhakti movement took its hold. Even going by sampradaying values most Hindus abandon satvic regulations anyways by eating onion and garlic, nitpicking orthodoxy like grifters they are. Meat isn't some magical elixir, like closer homos think it is, but not some form of curse of nasty abrahamics either. It's still just another dietary option. If you don't want to eat it, don't eat it, if you want to, eat it, if it's religious sentiment, then follow it by the book, if it's dietary keep it factual and about the ethnics, be vegan rather than the lacto vegetarian half assed ethnics.
