What advise do you expect from a NEET kek? Anyway the only thing I would say is that don't waste your 20s thinking India will give you a second chance like the west. You probably heard about westerners going to college in their late 20s, 30s and succeeding in life. In India, that's exponentially harder. Please, don't waste your 20s. Please do not fall for the meme exam rat race.

Another cliche advise. Start going to the gym and eat meat regularly if possible. Around me, uncles in their 40s and 50s are dying of heart attacks with their carbslop diet
