Yaar pajeet mess mein itna sab 3 time dega toh ye zaruri toh nhi h ke 3 time tu sab kha jaye.

Skip breakfast, it's the worst meal ever, it'll give enough time for your body to burn carbs. Dinner to lunch on next day is ample time for your body to get rid of fat.

If you still feel like you won't be able to function at all without breakfast then have some less sugary fruits.

Also consume each meal such that only 3/4th of your stomach is filling up. Don't fill it up to the brim. Change your attitude towards food, treat it as something which you have just to keep you from hunger

ngl, seeing this thread made me realize how important genetics are, despite being a same skinny fat pajeet, my doesnt look that ugly with fat hanging allover, its tight everywhere. personally, i would say, if you dont have atleast 10k to spare, you would find it hard to gymcel properly and get lean. diet matters a lot.
