ye le anaan. before this I used machines, before which I did calisthenics.
have heard that machines are better to start - free weights are tiring and there is a chance you'll injure yourself, so maybe hold off on this particular program until your gains from the machines plateau out.
try doing full body on the machines for a few days, 3x a week
