Don't just do yoga like a faggot. Do some muscle building excercise for your main workout, like gym or calisthenics, and keep yoga as something to do on your rest days to keep your body stretchy and toned.

Finally achieved Uttānāsana with good posture.
Started to do Anuvittāsana now to balance it.
The goal is to be able to hold the position with a strong core.

Working on squats, felt a difference after stretching for a few hours.
Can get to Uttānāsana in a few minutes, I'll keep practicing until it becomes more effortless.
Not getting enough time to do Anuvittāsana, will continue later.
Something strange happened a few days ago. I was stretching in Uttānāsana and I saw light come from beneath and under my feet. A quick flash.
But there was no source of light. I checked and looked around, I didn't feel dizzy and my head was alright.

Having knee pain today because I pushed too hard with squats.
I'll focus on strengthening thighs and calves in isolation while knees recover.
Wearing cotton clothes these days, because I think the flash might have been static electricity.

Doing light calisthenics for upper body strength and knee recovery.
Knees have lessened hurting lately but not enough for squats yet

Can comfortably do Pashchimottānāsana now and touch head under knees at any time now.
Butterfly stretch takes some 10 minutes to touch knees to ground.
Knees are still not there yet but they have stopped hurting during exercise. Not quite able to do squats.
Tried doing chakrāsana today. Knees hurted as expected.
