Too long, complex and twisted story line. Also the teachings of ramayan is more easily absorbed by a Sub 80 IQ population. The Mahabharat is a lot more nuanced and grey. Not as black and white as ramayan. Last thing we want is Pajeets killing their relatives for a land dispute because they misunderstood the Gita.
