Do you have a shed? Try to work in there. No need to cut yourself off from your support network.
If you go vegan and wormpill the craziness stops 90%. Sometimes 95%.
If I had a chance to do-over I'd do that. The shed is full of gandh just buy a small extra shed for the needed things and make it an office.
