What is the Gateway experience?

>Guided meditation programme developed by a guy who accidentally left his body, some of his friends and CIA space glowies trying to weaponise spirituality

Why should I care?

These experiements basically proved existence of psychic abilities and God. Various people who tried these have developed various abilities such as remote viewing, manifestation, astral projection and so on.

But my science this and that!

I’ve done it last year. It only worked on day 2 or 3. Nothing special, but I drifted off to a dream. I don’t remember what the dream was but it felt so relaxing. I still remember the day pretty well, my exams were over so I listened to the tape at night, woke up at 5am and then proceeded to watch a Sanskrit movie on Adi Shankaracharya. Afterwards I dozed off and spent the whole day playing god of war.

i only did it one time till now didnt feel much aside from the fact that the sound waves does something to your brain, like you'll feel somethings happening.

You have to do it constantly. I did it a lot, ne didn’t get any results (Focus 3, and focus 10) then one day, when I wasn’t doing it, I lied down and let my physical body sleep, and I was able to see some distorted faces and hear some sort of rumbling, I experienced a very strong twitching and wasn’t able to continue any longer. I haven’t been able to experience that again. Once I got some sort of distorted radio voice and some blueish yellow colour, but again the twitching was too strong and I wasn’t able to go on no longer.

i have ben doing gateway stuff from like last 1 month

just last night i think i reached focus 12

i did stuff as narrator said, energy conversion box and resonant tuning stuff. Eventually, i saw greenish tzium forming in my eyes ( my eyes were close and room was darkened)

i they tzium like shapes in neon green colour. as i kept listening thosh sounds in tape, those green tzium became more sharp and clear

finally what i saw a kind of beach with purplish sky. I saw a alien, green skin and big eyes he was actually looking like typical alien you see in movies, skinny body, large black eyes and all. but he also had big teeth.

he moved his hands towards me and immediately dissapeared. just then, a literal demonic creature appeared right in front, his face had wide smile and big teeth too. His skin was greyish

i immeditely opened my eyes and my heart was pounding so fast. holy shit that was the scariest experience ever. I am not continuing with this

but they could very well be my hallucinations. All creatures i saw were the ones that i have already seen in media. like green alien, grey face with big teeth etc. I still wont do this shit any more

dont actively try to meditate, just relax and listen to the tape. I initially had trouble with the energy conversion box thing. I would force myself to visualise a perfect 3d box and putting the anxiety /stress into it

focus 3 feels like deep relaxations only. Focus 10 is when you start to see "stuff". you will see weird things just like in those unusual dreams you have

Describe the aliens. A good chunk of our media is soft disclosure. I did that visualisation thing, imagining an energy balloon around my head to toe

but i think it wasnt "good enough". maybe the visualisation wasnt strong enough. i dont stress myself a lot if i cant visualise something clearly. so i think that was my bad to proceed with the audio further

there was only 1 alien, he was moving his hands towards me, as if trying to reach out to me. ( imagine the motion you make to pick something up that is lying at your eye level)

picrel is the closest i can find

it had greenish skin, bigger eyes than picrel. it teeth were visible out of his mouth ( he didnt have lips).he was skinny just like picrel. However, he didnt seem that much of an negative entity tbh
