> Representation for neglected Bohra and Aghakhani Muslims
> Holding Mutawallis Accountable for non-reporting & corruption
> Reorganisation Of Central Waqf Council and State Waqf Boards
> Restoring the Right to Justice in Waqf Disputes
> Changes in penal provisions to avoid misuse
> Removal Of Provisions For Donations By Non-Muslims
Section 40 is most important because it puts full stop to waqf claiming any earth, moon or star - random place as waqf property. 2nd one allows government to take action against waqf from claiming government land, it seems based on reports almost majority of claimed land by waqf are government properties.

Amendment by congress allowed them to have the ability to claim any land they want as waqf -major chunk of them was government properties but also many normal people were affected through that (they will still kinda suffer but may now have better legal chance).
Same properties were also used to push for islamic settlements, ghettos etc. which is a security issue.
