Mahindra has a factory there and Tata was supposed to get back there (not sure if already have) but they won't be able to scale up fast enough if this is the case. A shame, it was proving to be very good for our rising exports.

The failure is primarily from state government. These are mosty BJP government's failure but you have Indi alliance there too.
And private capex have struggling for a long time now. I've read that domestic demand will push it, but I've yet to see it happen.
