I went to this place with my friend and his dad 2-3 days to get his pc built from modx computers

i had gotten the total cost from referencing prices from amazon and flipkart to ~2.5L
From the website above we got the quote to ~2.3L
And since we were with my friend's father he was negotiate with the shopkeeper and got the price down to ~2L
My question is that how is there such a huge price discrepancy? how are these shops able to sell pc components at cheaper rates than online retailers?

hello
I have been using a wifi named mi 3c for years now. The internet seems to be working (on desktop) when connected directly through the lan cable howver it fails to connect through the wifi router (on all devices including the desktop).
The settings are the same as before when it was working. I have reset the router and restored the previous settings.
Is it time for me to change the router or can I solve it somehow?
how do you decide when you need to replace an old wifi router?
Suggest me the cheapest but workable routers please or should I just contact the internet supplier for their in house router?

well my game is primarily one of a kind
It's a CRPG set in ancient India
it's all about mauryan ascendancy
consider it a historical fanfiction
you help chankaya and chandragupta maurya ascend to the throne and defeat the greek invaders

you will have 2 always choices one good and one bad but the rest will depend according to your stats
certain choices are exclusive according to your stats
It will definitely feature a morality system and it will affect the story line too

I don't care about piracy
if anything it will give publicity to the game
but if you meant crack as in to cheat
don't worry my game will have a strict set of attributes that you can max in a single play through
for example even if you pick the maximum number of strength points available in the game for the player character there are going to be some other characters whose stats are always going to be greater than yours
so even if you cheat using a cheat engine or something
you will only hurt yourself
for example if you have strength 5 and it you tired cheating and give yourself 10 then the enemy will now have 20 instead of 10
Enemies stats will always scale with you so you never be OP
primarily my game will involve around gathering various allies and factions that will help you over throw the nandas and help chandra gupta maurya become king
you won't be playing as him for very obvious reasons

I don't want to get into religious, political or other shit flinging contests so no you won't be playing as him
number 2
both chandragupta maurya and chanakya are pre existing characters with their own goals and motivations
so players can't self insert
if you create your own custom character and make choices with those than a pre existing character it will better help the role playing aspects of the game
I can theory craft all day about this game but unless I find help with coding its a non starter
and If you want to visualise imagine what kind of game it would look like i am perfectly ok with this game being a text based or 2D only game but ideally I would like it to be a 3D or isometric game like orginal fallout,underrail or even modern ones like tyranny or pillars of eternity

How can one self learn CS?
This is what I was able to come up with so far:
>take Harvard's CS50
>afterwards start with OSSU and/or teachyourselfcs.com (as there's a lot of resources there I might just do a few areas according to my interests)
>afterwards depending on my interests deepen my knowledge in some specific fields (ex. AI/Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Game Development, etc.), not sure how exactly yet though
>always do a lot of projects with the new knowledge I've gained and maybe even contribute to Open Source eventually
Any better ideas/paths?
