I left internet, friends and every aspect of social life back in 2019 to focus on study... It turned out to be worst thing ever. I have now no friends and no career.
What was I even thinking... If it wasnt for covid I might have got back to social life but the loneliness took toll on me, I am currently on point where I give off "weirdo vibes", like a group of girls will be laughing and chit chatting and moment I come in close proximity they all just go silent until I am away from them, it has happened so many times.

i am decently attractive and happens to me too unless i am the topic of giggle (very rare)
moreover its not like they will remember you, within 10 minutes they will forget someone crossed nearby them
don't overthink and over judge yourself
lets assume in rare instance they are mocking you, then also don't be a pussy you are still a man, that itself is a testiment of strength, we have to face financial pressures and all sorts of stress, don't waste yourself on these giggles, if i face such humiliating situation i ignore but if i have face i say "hat sali randi"
