iirc scythians were absorbed culturally and also genetically in the indian population - rajputs and jats both have some degree of ancestry from them.
Both sakas (scythians) and huns were defeated by chandragupta and samudragupta. both ruled around the nw region of india.
it is kinda visible among rajputs in rajasthan tbh, eye color etc.
