Working together doesn't incite afair, I have been in MNC for half a decade now and I know many foids who have never forgot their place. Being a randi is what incites an afair. Some women are simply randi, and it's actually not as deep as we might perceive it to be. Also men kind of just go on to carry a woman's weight in corporate. It is a well known fact.

mnc ladder pays well but too much stress yaar. not worth it imho if you cant take being openly abused, have people plotting against you and being absolutely friendless throughout your career

Toxicity is really taken to a 100 in MNC, but I am simply not fond of working with "non Jeets". Yes you are right their is sort of a bottle neck, but it's not due to jeets. MNC make it a little harder to bargain your raise, (with exception for when you are being hired). However MNC tend to set the bar a little higher than your local corpos and their local HRandis.
