I wanted to be better. I had nothing else to do. It was a personal challenge. I did so much work that one day TL said there was no work left. Literally months of work done. Its stroked my ego.

I was a fool. This was my first job so it hurts. Next time I'll treat it purely business. Hope I get another chance.

You are a retard if you are not right now putting up papers for resignation. You can literally get a job at most companies at this point with minimum of 50% increment.

Also don't be delusional, everyone can be replaced, corporate projects can run for a long time with subhuman developers, I used to think the same and worked harder than everyone else because I didn't have anything else to do, I still do that but have realized corporate fucks don't care they are too lazy to investigate any such thing, they just work based on their feelings/preconceived biases. My fat fuck boss gave the additional yearly bonus to the manlet even though he spends most of his time in the gym and sexually harassing contractors, he is going to the same thing this year so I stopped giving him too much respect
