I know its too hard for normies to even understand the idea of internet privacy. So they can fuck off. For those who do care, what are your reasons? Have you always been into privacy naturally or were influenced? What daily challenges to privacy do you face in vishwaguru?

imagine u make an interaction on a questionable site and then palantir has all that data via backdoors and clever ai stuffs, imagine u sit in an interview and get rejected because they were able to find out that u gooned to furry p on discord in lockdown, or imagine they reject giving u a loan because u called someone a n word from ur alt acc, or they deny u medical services bcoz so on and so forth... u get the point it doesnt matter if u used vpns or fake emails or whatever because it has hardware level backdoors, there is no privacy we are all fucked

That sounds very defeatist. How about setting up a firewall. Also i dont think sitting like a duck and being a low hanging fruit is better. Surveillance costs them money and you make it harder by being difficult to surveil.

Lesser the privacy you have, more control the state will have over you.

Stop the device from phoning home.

No. Privacy just means going invisible online. Ofc if you are enemy of the state and the state is after you you are in trouble. But for the common people who are mass surveilled on limited budget, by making even slight improvements you are not being a low hanging fruit.
