Tokyo metro ranges from 200-1000 in INR depending on location.
It's because it's managed by different companies.
There are sometimes entire stations which are specific to a company managing a line.

There are a few different companies.
There's JR, Toei, Seibu, Odakyu, TM, etc.
JR itself is like 6 different companies. East, West, etc.
And the stations with the same area name might have different companies and thus not be connected. Like Odakyu Shinjuku is different from JR Shinjuku, or Keio Shinjuku, or Seibu Shinjuku.
And all stations lead to different places with some intersection.

Even the normal metros are amazing.
It was my first day, and I was dead tired.
I sat down when I found a seat and THE SEAT WAS WARM. This was February so it was really appreciated.
I thought it was due to the last person sitting but no.
THE SEAT WAS GETTING WARMER. They probably flow hot water through them or something.
I sat other times in empty trains and it gets warmer whenever outside temperature gets colder.

Yes.
>without learning japanese?
Extremely difficult.
You have to be from an IIT or IIM and should have some previous record of employment at a Japanese company or at an MNC with a Japanese project.
Either be an elite engineer, or be a moderate anything and know Japanese well enough to be on your own. (Would require at least 2 to 3 years of dedicated study, every single day)
