Got a Vitamin profile and Haematology test done yesterday, report came this morning.

>B12 deficient

>Vit D insufficiency

>RBC, WBC counts normal

>Iron parameters normal but on the lower side

Also the size variation of my RBCs is slightly increased, this is generally caused by B12 or iron deficiency.

All my problems - fatigue, hair greying etc simply result from B12 deficiency.

Iron deficiency is easily cured by leafy greens and B12 can be achieved by Lacto vegetarian options like paneer, dahi and doodh. How is this non vegetarians shill? Even I love and eat meat but I can fucking get it from 6 mangos of I do not want to eat mutton. Not everything is a dietary war yaar, calm your tits.

I have got it for less in Karnataka anon, wtf? Also chicken liver is a super food which is also why you are not supposed to eat it everyday. It will do you well to eat it once or twice a week, it even tends to kill hunger sometimes.

I used to eat it everyday but I am close to 95 kilos of pure muscle anon. After I lost weight during corpo crashour days I reduced it to like once every two or three days, if I didn't i would feel sick. It also goes very hard with beer.
