It's an interesting model that I think a lot of you migh find interesting. The CIA apparently used it, when vetting candidates. It doesn't hold back; If you're an autist it'll call you an autist, if you're a sociopath, it'll call you one. Like how the MBTI (mbti is complete bullshit btw) uses four axes, this one uses three:

1)The Intellectual dimension (Externalizer-Internalizer): This one basically represents how "outward-facing" one is. An externalizer is focused on the outside, the environment, whereas an internaliser is preoccupied with ideas and abstraction.

2)The Mechanical-Procedural dimension (Regulated-Flexible): Those who are "regulated" learn by rote and are focused on the part, not the whole. "Flexible" individuals focus on the whole picture, leaving out the detail for the big picture.

3)The Social dimension(Acceptable, Unacceptable): Basically how adaptable you are in social situations.
