Why the nation suffers

Nehru limited the capabilities of the Indian army and presence of army higher-ups in politics over a fear of coup's in a newly democratic nation. Moreover, structural changes to the armed-forces made it rather difficult to do so -- Each of the three arms: the navy, airforce, and the army had individual Commander-in-Chiefs. This limits collaboration and the further stamps out the vague possibilities of a coup. Cariappa, the first general of the indian army was sent off when he made the suggestions of a temporary coup to stabilise democracy.
This vasectomy of the army was really only a symptom and not the cause of what the nation suffers from. You can see it in all facets of life, in the slow bureaucracy, ineffectual local governments, the lack of protests against retarded policies that if they do not affect directly, affect indirectly, the dogshit-insane left-academia whose words are against all good senses : we suffer from inaction, the inability to look beyond the self, we suffer from a deep introspective tendency, we suffer from a deep adherence to nonsensical and stupid ideals and stick to them as universal goods. This tendency is out of which satyagraha was most-popular and not violent forms of revolutionary actions (ala INA). We more often than not completely reject the material and focus much on the mind. That is why the novel, stupid idea of a non-violent revolution could only have been borne here. Its fucking insane, we put much of our focus on analysis and not action, like a bunch of leftoid academics who sit in their theory circles gobbling whatever crumbs of income they receive from the university to simply not act , to engage in this masturbatory practice of word-gaming each other more than the other, to analyse to read theory, to continue to analyse and not act. Of course, if they did, their clothes would get dirty. We simply wordcel too much, not have enough skin in the game or not want to get our clothes dirty.
You can introduce massive changes to the nation overnight and squash opposition very easily with the press of a button -- but no one wishes to do this, this would be a betrayal of democratic ideals, of course. A military coup can fix this nation, all you need is greater coordination within the army and the will to enact it. After that is a trial by fire to burn the nation of all extraneous (indian) elements and a complete de-recognition of it. The prussianisation (or in our case, it would be an imperial-japanisation of society) and crushing of dissensus will modernise the nation and we will be better for it, stronger for it.
We must become more violent and less introspective.
I've been frustrated a lot with the nation and the gov lately, I keep a fool's hope, but a hope nevertheless, that my generation will ACK the old and a palingenesis would occur. Its a fool's hope.

What needs to die is the belief in democracy as a universal good. China has shown the way, hopefully, we follow suit.

One of the mistakes during such analysis is presumption that we operate at the level of awareness as Nehru was during his time or Modi is right now.
The judgement is already out on Nehru but regarding Modi, the issue persists and eveything feels headless chicken because of the lack of coherent message from the Top leadership on how they want to. Ideas like 'Vision 2047' what does it even mean. In general the unseriousness of BJP and their indulgence in events has decreased the faith of the people but i would caution against such beliefs because like in recent past, it's clear that Modi and Co. operate with contexts which are much wider compared to the continuously timid social media or younger generation which is mostly reactive and emotional.
As a party BJP or Modi can help by creation of the consensus building, having experts as the face which people are interacting with and establishing a feedback loop and then eventual transformation of those actions.
We can take example of the Trump 2.0, look even before the elections the clarity they had, the consensus they created to the point it felt like it was a natural call and the later steps of the administration have been in sync with it. How much of it is a facade and how much is real remains to be seen but what it highlight is the dynamic system of USA. Despite the average view in US politics from outside it feels they are doing more and playing down a lot no matter what trump boasts.
On the contrary you can take current government their changes on history, genuine efforts of cosmetic, everything is superficial. Their call against kanglus etc.
So what we can see is the stark constrast, the trump admin may have achieved a lot in the short unstable burst compared to stagnant, slow march of Indian politics under Modi where they are may be in power for 1 decade or two or more the result may be lesser than it could have been.
But both of us are operating in a very limited context. Maybe we should trust the plan however there's nothing wrong in pushing the overtone window on the policies of your choice.

There's a sense of general apathy of the people where it has become "it is what it is" type situation. When i think about it our society feels like a rigid mess and how to break through this to push whatever goals you have would be a monumental task.
Maybe our politicians realize that it's not possible as we may think it is. Our society is not as monolithic and the deals of co-operation are thinly linked.

Indians really underestimate the degree of consensus building western countries create in way advance to the point entire machinery and public can be fully reoriented against a particular mission.
Our country sadly has no such things, the babus, politicians are okay with pacifist just enough make do task. There's no greater goal, grander ambition.
Society might as well be termed dead. Old ideas are just decayed rotten flesh which are not helping either.

I trvst the plan I'm just deeply disappointed that the vision of India that should be isn't that what it seems its going to be.

It is this apathy that when reaching a boiling point leads to change in government. But does that really fix anything? I want the BJP to win but I want them to wisen up on the voter-dissillusionment and improve on their promises and not undertake retarded shit. Otherwise it just gets tiring.

Trump 2 is simply doing shit at this point man, a lot of the changes they took aren't going to be reversed and they've practically won on a lot of fronts by being bvlls. I know they're getting raped in the midterms or whatever but honestly? they completely changed the face of their nation.

Many of us have been going through these same questions. My understanding of the situation https://bharatchan.com/board/gen/thread/88#post-3853 It's relatively bigger blogpost if you care to read.
Beyond this i have under undertone beliefs like first able to sustain yourself, your family at bare minimum and then think about your great relatives, community. When times are tumultuous maybe have the basics covered. Usually as you get better and better at these you will be able to increase your sphere of contribution too.

The thing is that there is more support for BJP now than I've seen in a while, culture from the heydays of Inch has been disseminating normies recently now on instagram. They'll sweep 2029 and we'll see more big changes in policy in both industrial and government. If they do manage to get gramscian control (difficult but something they're stumbling toward) it'll make our jobs easier. hopefully zoomers, the online sect atleast, gains some prominence and gets rid of retarded policies by hook or crook. But that will take 20+ years.

>No mention of race
You can't fight race. Indians, especially hindus have always been timid wordcellers all talk no action which is why they can figure out the best temp to warm iron but don't use it to make the right sword. They are also quarrelsome bunch barring a few men of action who beat hindus to do hard work.

I just mean it as an example but let's take that. What have tamils done that used this innovation? Best you will get is chola invasion which was mostly against south east asia and no proof tht cholas won due to their superior " steel swords" , you get my point? Even now we know india has power to use the thorium for nuclear energy but nothing.
