One of the fundamental point which is used to shill for exporting 'manpower' out of India is, well, our surplus manpower.
Truth is that this is not true. Our states, cities are already slowly feeling the pressure of lack of manpower in so many sectors - talk to your elders etc. for work you will realize that it is missing. Remove bihar, up and it gets worse for the rest of the india.
And - this takes us to the biggest psyops every played to us

These two hysteria are causing following things,
>when there's the need of best utilizing of our manpower, limited resources which are genuinely important for nation building (say IITians, olympiad champions etc.) they are being exported to the rest of the world.
>due to the hysteria, public has been forced into a situation where they don't want to reproduce
This is leading to a situation that our 'hoax excess' population is justified into slave like work while also being dehumanized as invaders, these are supporting the boomer population of the western countries who have not enough surplus to support their gorillion requirement.
But our cities are suffering, there's no backup and worse we will not be rich enough nor developed considering the vapid brain drain which is happening.
Immigration out of India is not worth any 10s of billions of usd we get at all, it's net negative.
Our population in most states is way below the replacement level. They at best have 10 to 15 years but still the most indian don't realize the gravity of this situation.
It will take another 5 years when the labour market in india will have no choice but to import kanglus, pakis or even worse from africa.
Immigration is net negative, population tfr going down is worse and existential risk.
This post is atleast 5 years too early before this issue will go mainstream in India.

First thing first,
>expedite the census
>do not shill the idea that india has healthy tfr - be truthful that most of the states if they were individual countries would be looking at the aging crisis
>based on the data, we need clarity on how much healthy time we have before age starts to show not just in one or two but entire country
>actions to ensure that we have cushion for things 2 decades or so later, rules and actions to ensure that our talents doesn't have to migrate outside india for opportunities.
There's lot more which can be done but first thing is the need of awareness among the public that the extent of indian population is exaggerated and that exaggeration provides false cushion in the mind of the public, our lawmakers and that rug will get pulled unless we mitigate and spread awareness.

The job advertisements I see every day expects and asks for 2 to 6 years of experience for literally entry level positions, while each vacancy has 100 to 1000+ applications. Meanwhile people like Narayana Murthy or other prolapsed anus CEOs of India say that they work for 20 hours a day and expect Indians to work for 80 hours a day. Most organizations refuse to offer any sort of training and innovation only comes from baniya models where people get the most work done out of outsourced desperate labor.
There's no lack of manpower. There's only lack of realistic standards and expectations by boomers in power, and actual jobs. Swiggy, Zomato and delivery partners are being treated as real jobs here. It's quite sad.

It's impossible to live in the cities while having two or three kids without double income. And women have to take a lot of breaks to balance family and career.
