Long story short,
>job search going strong
>apply for content writer position decent entry into the org
>pass phase 1 interview piss easy, interviewer sees my resume during phase 2 says I'm overqualified, tells me to apply for a SDE position but for now they need a graphic designer
>tells me to make promo material for their CRM kit
>make half a dozen images all professional rendered in blender and 3dsmax2012
>interviewer doesn't reply, says he's forwarded it to the marketing team
>nobody gets in touch again for a week
I sent them mails, to the HR incharge of my interview and others asking for a response. The HR was a Christian, I won't name him. Cont.

>get mad, start messaging the Facebook page for Zoho telling them that I sent marketing images for an interview, if I'm not being selected Zoho should at least tell me they're not gonna use my images in the future. Ask them to escalate.
I get a phone call while playing Dota 2 I still remember this part because I was distracted while playing and the person on the other hand started to pile in so I abandoned the game.
So, the senior HR-his name is Sohail he's been there since the 90s.
