it is digital gold and with technological revolution that we are currently going through days not far when money will get digital mostly.
Gold was stable since it was invented due to its property of being rare , durable ( it cant rust and mostly stay in same state as left for as much as you want) and finite ( We have finite gold on earth).
The money that we use currently ( Fiat money) is also built up on gold and gold standard fiat currencies used to be backed by gold and turned to shit when they didnt. And currency which arent backed by gold is bound to fail at some point in time mind that its not a matter of will it instead it is when it will.
Bitcoin has exactly same properties like gold , it is finite , rare and durable ( it will last for lifetime in same state unless whole infrastructure fails ) .
it will grow i promise you this , bitcoin will always grow.
And the land advice i told you guys is some generational wisdom i got from zamindar frnds that is told by there elders that never sell land no matter what even if you have to survive on 15 hazar ki naukri , only sell land to buy another land or financial crisis.

Not true, you have to always be early to invest in any land, this same commercial project that we invested in was around 45 lakh 3 years ago for same space. It is 1.25cr now as we are late. Dholera also has cheap land and we are getting offers for it.
