I cope by driving my activa around the city for hours.. No aim, just keep riding from one end of the city to the other. I am low iq so I dont like intellectual activities or believe in self improvement either. If you can afford petrol and a bike(not a scooter whose suspensions sucks) it is the best way to cope because the hyperactive anxiety parts of the brain shuts down the moment you pull the throttle and euphoria takes over
