Why does it matter where you buy the land? you should try to buy as much land as possible for as cheap as possible, then you should raise grass fed animals in that land and eat them when the time arises

Yaar anon it's not that easy.
My relatives owns a farm and they barely benefit from it because of baniya and mulla bhu mafias always trying to fuck shit up.
They have given that to a guy who farms and irrigates and guards and deals with thugs, and in return gives them some of the produce for normal daily use a few weeks in the harvest season.
Another more distant relatives have farms too, but they are involved in local politics and donate to Bajrang dal to do the gundagardi for them to keep animals and produce safe.
On my father's side they are mostly farmers and have to work hard in desert heat to make sure buffaloes don't die and they get a produce.
