Yaaro it was a mildly traumatizing experience.
I reached the place on time. They made me wait for 5 minutes. They say my non-binary faggot ass and face and the first question they asked me is "yaaro we have a wild team here we are expecting someone who can make them work", "we need experience", "do you have experience in ordering a group of people to do work?", I said no and no and no and I said that my previous work experience was asst. professor and I left it because I want to stay in technical domain and they asked me why I left and I said I couldn't handle nanhajeets and I had to go through lot of trouble. I told them I am not good at being bossy but I can make them work by being pushy and in a gentle way. They basically want someone who can brown nose the clients while being a slave driver to the diploma team who will be doing the work I think. They can't make the client interact with the diploma team because they would not be good at communication and may be bossy as well. They said they'll keep my resume on hold and will get back to me later.
Interview lasted maybe 10 minutes. On my way out they called me back and asked me if I would be interested in sales job. Basically running around and pitching deals with clients on the field. I said I'll consider and left. I don't want fucking sales.
I ended up rambling and saying random things at interview as well. It was a disaster. I just think I'm not good at anything that involves communication.
