Couple them with our renewed focus on walkable infra, better public services. (I think delhi's metro, chennai's sub urban railway and bengaluru's BEST are good examples along with Mumbai's taxis.).

Not hard to replicate but the money from it is hard to acquire. As it is, the model is build on remitence from Gulf, but that's not stable.

That's where Gujarat's capitalism comes in. In particular i feel kerala does better job in case of healthcare and probably education. Human development concerning those.
