All Indians have light skin at birth, even most dumeels.
This is first result from "Tamil baby with brother" I searched online. Notice how much lighter than the brother baby is.

I always wondered but what makes a person am abbo anyways. Is it geno or phenotype? For an example here are Ror people, who all clearly are well known to have one of highest steppe sat, in jeetland.
They don't exactly look "white" like the Lithuanian people, they just look like IVC sat'ed mainland jeets. Sole of them have fairer skin compared to most while some look like gangoos (look at the guy on bottom right). Their is clearly a very solid variation between phenotype despite all of them having same geno, and yes, all of them are Ror infact.
If anything abbo is based on geno then anyone with with high onge would be an abbo, as long as it forms the majority of their genotype.
If it is based on the appearance, then it doesn't matter what your regional ethnicity is. Someone from mallu ethnic group could not be an abbo while someone from Haryana ethnic group could be one depending on specific caste.
The idea of looking white itself is pretty retarded, even I despite having fair skin would consider I am yellow at best, since steppe is not what is responsible for making one "white" like the one traditional appearance of a Timmy, but the geno clad of "causcus". AASI refers to a relatively large group of people who can have close to nothing to do with each other which is why all Kashmiri natives who still have not mixed have fairer skin compared to the Rors.
