I too believe religion is a scam but women without religion become absolute randis. Religiosity is the the single most correlated factor that drives tfr.
Unless we find some way to circumvent that bug, either by creating an secular order that motivates them to make children and become mothers, the closest ideology that came to this is fascism and it's many derivatives like zionism or via artificial means(robowives, artificial wombs etc...), religion's usefulness will still remain.
