Based, I am planning to JAAT max where I will build flat or society and buildings and Shiet and hite a bunch of Jaats. They will collect all the money and I will give them all half of the money they collect. I don't enjoy doing gunda gardi but if someone wants to, Jaats will be my go to for the land lording works.
