how much people shame for not being a wage slave? It's not like most are earning much anyway. Maybe top 5% are beating the inflation. They're doing it to pay rent, bills, EMI, snacks for their kids, etc. There simply aren't much jobs out there.
Employeers post job advertisements for various reasons even if there isn't any vacancy.

Some companies even go as far as actually conducting the interview process to create an anxious atmosphere at the workplace where people see movement and action.
