This is the plan.

>once that is done browse and scroll through the whole job advertisements in Naukri / LinkedIn / Indeed / Glassdoor / etc. etc. at least 5 hours a day
>coldmail companies nearby and unearth their careers page
>upskill - try to learn something to show that I have not been rotting and wasting my time - at least 5 hours a day - will try to learn something hip like Renewable Energy or AutoCAD
Is this going to even work or am I just wasting my fucking time?

You only said you are 30+, most people graduate btech at 22. That means you are 8 years late, who will give you jobs now. Just get back into teaching, take a phd or something

Why nat just pester local baniya dhandos to keep you as an accountant? If they want a certificate just print one out and make an website with your myeam's name. Then learn the basics on youtube

Cold emailing and asking family for referrals is probably your best shot.

You should learn something which is relevant to your BTech-MTech. If you try to learn web development now you'll look aimless. The vest card you have right now is that you're a credentialed post grad. As for the gaps, just say you were preparing for government exams/running a family business.
Also how did you graduate core engineering without learning autoCAD?
