Yaar I joined gym 2 weeks back but I'm not gaining strength fast
Abhi incline bench press ke bas 10 rep laga paaya hu sirf rod(10-15kg) se1st set me, second set me 6-8 bas.
Flat bench pe bas 10 lag paa rhe first set me.
Single hand dumbell extension ke bas 3-4 rep lag paate he with 2.5 kgs
Bench dip bhi 10-12 without weights.
I'm 53kg for 6'2"

just eat around 2500-3000 calories a day and stay consistent in the gym dont do any cardio until u reach 70kgs ffs
only change per week basis you should see is your weight increasing by 1 kg per week atleast thats what I did to jump from 59kgs to 74kgs in 8 months in kalej 2nd -3rd yr when I started gymcellin

Dont rush. You will only unlock your sreal strength for 3 month. Progress starts after that.
