Thank god I listened to my dad yaaros.

Today they called all the people who have given resignation, but there is a weird rule that they just conveyed at the 11th hour at my workplace that says that only those who have submitted resignation ON TIME on 1st February. Those who gave a few weeks late were told to stay for another fucking year. Now they are scrambling for reasons and certificates to submit so that they can be told to leave. They are even ready to pay 3 months worth of salary just so they can be let go of but the management decided that they won't.

They got scared of seeing lot of people leaving, and they got scared of seeing people refusing to apply to this shithole and all the recruits that they are getting ending up being shit. They are scared of what will happen if all the established faculty are leaving because of the toxicity or real life circumstances and if they end up getting replaced by fresh meat who will eventually continue doing the same.

It's a little bit satisfying to see all this but I'm just pissed that things have to be like this. The job is piss easy and even if the pay is low money is still money and I got it properly.

Yes yaar. I'm just ranting. I have heard of "corporate culture" but I never thought they would go to such great lengths.

One teacher literly begs them to let her go and is stating that her autistic son is running away from hpuse and is ending up in police stations because of neglect but they're not accepting.
