Why not associate the average randi with the avg Bhojpuri and call out rundis as just biharis with money? Afterall both of them behave in a cheap fashion and make the younger generation women have bad role models & aspirations. The avg bihari women still indulges in infidelity and would gladly murder her betabuxx bihari majdoor hubby, which is often celebrated when it's done by some rundi from poombai or bhangolore, which is again a typical bihari behaviour to celebrate such animalistic actions.
