unless you are willing to wipe out all muslims, banning beef would just mean the prices of chimkin eggs and milku and fishies going up raping the narmal handus.
If you do however wipe out all katbullas then there is no reason to ban beef at all. maybe promote it amongst the handus to help them get cheap protein and the milku prices would go down too cause dairy farmers won't have to larp about gau shalas while selling their old cows to jains and baniyas and marwadis while having to pay a portion to the local neta and police. He could keep all the cash for himself and the monopoly of the baniya caste would be gone bringing in campetition and he could use that alternate prafit into investing in more dairy cows which would in turn help bring down milku prices.
And there would be no katbullas to tease the heendus.
