bump log that records every action is probably what will improve situation.

- keep track of IPs that bump old thread. after a small threshold, say 2 threads, ban that IP.
- increase captcha length for old threads. maybe 4/5 characters for 1 day old threads, and increased for even older threads.
- auto archive after a fixed amount of time
