Try milf jogging don't start running this early.Even I have the same hudle of 2.4km in 8 minutes for officer role in the army.My primary focus is to jog 6km/hr 2km daily without brake without rest early morning.you need to increase stamina and your calf strength.but the fact there are hurdles even for running in pajeetland fuck i can't even find an empty road early morning here

Dude you can just increase your stamina in a week you need time you need to increase your intensity gradually.i have been doing this for 2 week now and I can say I have seen increase in my stamina and calf strength.

They notify you month prior about interview you had approx 1 month for preparation pyaare.you should have prepared the moment you filled that form

Fix your running form

Don't fuck up your knees and leg with bad form

There are many YouTube videos.

Try to implement one tip a day and practice with it from that day onwards.

9 June is too close. You should have started at least 3 months ago. I know girls who used to run for like 4-5 months 6 days a week to pass such tests.

For now, just try to fix your form and push through. Get enough sleep and eat healthy.

Warmup all day before the day and don't spend your energy running the day before.
