Actually this. It's really forced and it's just not that fun when it comes to exploration. Some part are wonderful actually, but some feel really really obnoxious and players only finish it because we can to make a point on skill check. This is why I miss games like Aria of Sorrow so much. They too had exploration but it was just a little bit more fun.
