i found this video which apparently was an actual commercial but has only been shared around my corner of the internet to make fun of it.
the normies bother to glue hair to their head but they do not bother with how to be healthy in general and not lose the hair in the first place.
i don't believe any of this nonsense that people say they lose their hair because of their genes. this to me is just a theater production. people blame their genes as an excuse so they can appear innocent but it is their fault.
i'd say at least 98% of hairloss is simply user error. people who did not bother to find out how to pilot the human body and keep it in good condition.

germans have their 'ass open' about alcohol, they refuse to admit how dangerous it is. they have a law in place here that prohibits places from offering alcohol as their cheapest available drink. that's how serious this shit is here. the chapest available drink has to be non-alcoholic or otherwise poor people would get drunk to save money.
>lmao guess you have seen motherfuckers die a dogs death due to alcoholism
they did a lot of dumb shit here hundreds of years ago. they said they drank beer because it was safer then water. children drank it. i think beer helps in turning people into cattle psychologically and slowly disables functionality physically. just slowly makes everything worse.
also bodies can learn to digest and absorb it and begin depending on it. it's awful how much alcohol commercials there are. clearly people are nudged towards drinking here.

Oh sorry I was in the shower. But to continue on.
I do believe leading a fully 'satvik' lifestyle with no alcohol and other such sugary indulgence is the most optimal way of maximizing your life span but at the same time its all about deliberate choices like would everybody agree to follow such discipline? Its not possible since you cant tell people what to do or else we all would already have achieved some boring ass utopia where nobody ever consumed things that weren't beneficial to our bodies. So it only makes sense we as people should voluntarily choose the sins that we think are okay with and draw a line. There's more terrible shit out there like I don't know never tried before but meth? That drug implodes your dopamine receptors right and when you end up comparing it to a homely glass of whisky or vodka every now and then it immediately makes more sense.
Another point of contention would be just plain old appreciation for things like how you like to smoke weed, I personally don't like to smoke anything at all but can I convince you to just cease with the blunt right there and now? No, once again you can't tell people what to appreciate and what not to. I like drinking because I genuinely find it relaxing. Makes me reflect on things better once I get through it. You'll probably have something good to say about your case as well. And thats all good really. I'm glad qualia is subjective to everybody. Its just how its meant to be.

my guess is you never experienced "being healthy" because once you know what it is like, you don't want to lose this. i consider it something that is purely commited by people who never tried it. not having to go to the doctor is a wonderful thing. i remember visiting doctors as uncomfortable or awkward at it's best and at it's worst as traumatic and depressing.
>at the same time its all about deliberate choices like would everybody agree to follow such discipline?
i don't think it is wise to care too much what everyone is doing...
when you call it discipline, that sounds like torture. it is not a chore to eat in accordance with the specializations of your digestive system. over millions of years every species has specialized itself in continually getting better at digesting a few foods or in rare cases pretty much every food.
>Its not possible since you cant tell people what to do or else we all would already have achieved some boring ass utopia where nobody ever consumed things that weren't beneficial to our bodies.
i think i figgured it out what you mean. you identify as more then one person. you're like a trans-amountist and you refuse to be just one person and when i don't accept that, then i am a bigot.
i don't know why but you seem to believe having 100% ability available to your body is boring and you prefer the 45% ability. this is as dumb and toxic as saying "real men don't dance" and then completely gatekeep yourself out of the tangible, necessary benefits to the human organism that physical expression (dance) adds to your body.
>So it only makes sense we as people should voluntarily choose the sins that we think are okay with and draw a line.
lol proud amountist refuses to speak for just one person and is 5 minutes away from posting his pride flag.

>That drug implodes your dopamine receptors right and when you end up comparing it to a homely glass of whisky or vodka every now and then it immediately makes more sense.

>Another point of contention would be just plain old appreciation for things like how you like to smoke weed, I personally don't like to smoke anything at all but can I convince you to just cease with the blunt right there and now?
whether or not smoking makes sense to me is based on the amount. there is a small amount where i believe it is harmless and after that certain amount i believe eddible is the way because lungs are precious and important. the lungs don't get the attention they deserve. breathing is unbelievably important.
i cease the blunt plenty. i don't use weed in the summer. i use it to help me get through the awful winter.

>I like drinking because I genuinely find it relaxing.
you can just relax for free you know? 😆 it doesn't require anything.it's literally just you stopping to tense your muscles and your thoughts.
>Makes me reflect on things better once I get through it.
'helps you take the time to understand stuff' is what that sounds like to me. i dunno if i agree that that's so important to be honest. if you were at your peak health, you might be able to process stuff closer to when it happened or even in real time.
You'll probably have something good to say about your case as well.
i like being sober and i like how weed helps me be creative and express myself better and be social more. if i have a problem, sometimes i can invent the perfect solution. weed and meditation is a wonderful combination for example. it amplifies this pleasant glow of completeness that meditation helps tune myself in. it is like my whole body is gently vibrating and warm with deep breathing. i pity the person who can't make their body glow and instead have to hope to feel some bodily sensation through orgasms.
And thats all good really. I'm glad qualia is subjective to everybody. Its just how its meant to be.

>I'm glad qualia is subjective to everybody. Its just how its meant to be.
i don't understand what "qualia" is but with stuff being subjective to everybody, that's all great excuse and hiding behind group habits.
your human body is evolutionary specialized on certain things to function best. when you find them, you feel better:
>healthier
>stonger
>completer
when you don't find them you feel worse:
>weaker
>sicker,
>tired all the time
>overwhelmed
>scared and pessimistic
your orientation towards group to me is a strong emphasis on you not having found the good stuff in life yet so i encourage you to keep the search for the good stuff going and do your own thinking.
you can say things are subjective, but you are doing it not out of choice but out of necessity because you have never tried the good stuff so how could you can't fairly compare. you can only unfairly compare. don
t just refuse to do the due dilligence, don't wait for some group experts to tell you what is what. they might inspire you to try something but the trying is more important then the listening to experts.

i think weed is fought so hard by people who do not want people to ask questions and try to understand things themselves. everything negative you hear about it i believe to be the effort to keep people dumb and dependent. they always talk about the degenerate overdoser weed smoker who does nothing else and they never talk about the functioning creative weed smoker who microdoses and remains responsible because they are so busy to pretending no such people exist.

this is something i would suspect you omnivore normies have no idea about either:
kidney filtration.
i already told you about biofilm, which was a word describing the blocked bowels.
kidney filtration is what they say to describe the pee of someone. you see the glass of pee i have attached? this is from someone who does juice fasting in combination with naturopractical herbal tinctures (powerful liquid healing plant-concetrates that are drunk with water 3 times a day for several weeks) and herbal teas which taste awful at first.
they call that stuff at the bottom "filtration" though i don't think it is 100% grammatically correct. those are little flakes, pieces of matter that float inside the pee and when you have them, they are considered proof of your kidneys functioning. functioning kidneys "filter out" toxins. your lymphatic system collects all the wasteproducts of metabolism (like ash from an old fire), transports them to your kidney and your kidney loads the pee with those wasteproducts.
in the glass on the photo you can see a lot of wasteproduct. if the kidneys did not function so good, that white stuff would still be inside the person, adding extra weight and extra acids, which burn the body, manifesting in something like cancer, hairloss, rash, loss of bone density,...
when you pee in a glass, it should look like this after a short while, like the children's toy called snowglobe. if your pee is clear with no sediment, no flakes? this indicates to you that poisons are not peed out, so they are likely accumulating somewhere in the body and whereever they accumulate, they burn the surrounding body.

i keep thinking dummies eat what give them mouth pleasure because they don't know how else to have pleasure in life.
what they should be eating is what makes most sense with their type of digestion.
they keep being seduced by dumb food that makes them sick and i can feel it now.
when i eat exceptionally healthy for a while and then eat something even just slightly sub-optimal INSTANTLY i feel a slight constipation. i did not feel that when all i ate was cooked stuff like that. i can only now feel this now that i have felt something better.
human digestion is like a biological machine and you should give it the kind of fuel that makes the machine run the best. in a state like that, the body constantly heals itself. little problems go away again. hair regrows, energy to do stuff returns, optimism returns, effortless smiling randomly throughout the day, everything is easy, every problem is a joke, every obstacle is quickly climbed over.
don't be a fat person that keeps disregarding the biological fluid-based human digestion apparatus.

i was born to post in the thread on the screenshot attached 💪
i can't post there because i don't have privilege but maybe the priviliged person in that thread will find this post in response.
here is what i would reccomend:
>get a piece of paper
>put it on a clipboard (or on a piece of cardboard with a paperclip)
>write the name of today as the headline like that: SATURDAY
>write 0 underneath the name of the day
>write 23 in the last line of the page.
>write the missing numbers in between 0 and 23 as to represent the hours in that day.
>list is done!
MZsjBY
No.1836
easy way to do this is with a word processor like libre office writer:
>get an empty page
>reduce the margins to something small like 0,5cm or 1cm
>leave a bit of space on top for the headline
>insert a 3x24 table
>write the numbers in the middle column
>highlite all the numbers, make them bold
>highlite the entire table
>drag the column borders so that the middle collumn is small
>adjust the fontsize until the entire page has used the space right until the margins you have set...
...because the bigger everything is, the easier this tool is to use. the easier you can read and write in it.
lol my last 2 captchas were 'bj' and 'gf' 🤣
MZsjBY
No.1837
whether you have one page you made the tool yourself or printed out a whole bunch of them doesn't matter, they function the same:
on the left side you can make plans, but i would not focus on that yet because the temptation is big to overdo it. so left side is for things you have planned, so things your past self believed you should do at that moment once it arrives.
right side is for what you are actually doing. like a diary but not with a focus on your thoughts and emotions so much, rather a physically. diary of how you actually did spent your time. so right side logs what you end up spending your most precious currency (time) on.
>when did you eat what
>when did you drink
>when did you go to sleep
>when did you wake up
>when did you exercise
>when did you just sit around and doomscroll
i thought this was quite difficult when i did this the first time and i noticed when i used my time shitty and unconscious, i would not even want to admit to myself what i was doing. inner conflict. try to write as much as you are able to perceive and two things i would expect to happen:
1) your perception of how you use your time will increase. you will notice things about yourself that you may have done under the influence of auto-pilot; habitual actions. the next day you can see what you actually did all at once. you will come to learn that seeing everything all at once will be completely different then having lived through the time. strong signal with almost no noise. a pure representation of your decision ability.
2) seeing you doing dumb shit becomes unbearable. it will nag on you, you will wonder if what you wrote down was true and once you realize that this is really how you use your time, you will want to start to make use of the left side for the next day.
just keep this clipboard nearby, write it down for yourself to see, look at it often throughout the day, the logging aspect keeps you coming back to that list over and over, which of course is in your own interest, when help building the habit to use your time consciously. this is the physical dashboard of your life.

i don't think it is that bad in germany but literally i can't tell you because i have not been in many years; so no idea. i ask my father though, would be interesting to know. he keeps going and they tell him he is as healthy as a young man.
6 month sound like a long time, probably just means you are in good health and they have way worse patients.
germany has a two tier system. one is basic coverage but you can also pay for better coverage. i don't even mind this so much because rich people in general are so broken and trumatized, they need better medicine because they have more potential for sickness i would assume. when you think of rich people you think of successful people that have their shit together, but don't as these are only a few. the rest are just passive income degenerates who take such bad care of themselves that they depend on doctors to stay alive.

i don't think i understand what you mean. i guess you are indian doctors are less idiot puppets who pet paid to give bad advice. yeah doctors here first in foremost are people who want to have a lot of money and social status and don't care about anything that isn't money and social status i'd assume.

>I tried it. Also stopped eating slop from netto/lidl etc. Found a farmers market etc.
>Worked wonders for me and reversed lot of issues.
that's how you do it mane! small decision, big health effect.💪
>lidl
i've been to lidl only a few times because the store feels like a modern concentration camp to me. like a conveyorbelt for humans and they always ask for stupid apps even though i would never want this shit.
they have so much unhealthy food. such dangerous variety of potatochips and spiced nuts and sugardrinks. i'd feel like a fool buying there. just feels wrong going there. i hate that place. when i travel i sometimes go into lidls but i am usually disappointed and repelled.

>Barefeet shoes are GOAT'd.
seems like you found a pair you really like
my father says the same thing. in the summer he keeps talking about how much of a difference his barefoot shoes make lol. i gave him a pair of cheap ones from aldi and they have been his favorite shoes ever he stopped wearing any other. made him feel like a young man again he said.
i also wear the same kind but not all day every day, they do feel a tiny bit better but i don't wear them because of skating, although skating in them works good too.
