i have lived in like 5-6 cities before that yaar. After coming back to India from the UK my family moved across a ton of cities in India (gurgaon, chandigarh, bombay, jaipur etc) I can't go back to England but I sure as hell can return to India

I would literally take any place in India, bihar or bombay idgaf. US universities are too much work compared to Indian engg colleges

if my parents had just allowed me to make my own decisions, i would not be here. i had a 70% honors scholarship waiting for me at an equally good university for a much better branch of engineering near New York City
i had so many options yaar. like all colleges I applied to in the UK or Australia gave me a ton of money to attend them. I would have happily gone to some slightly lower ranked university like UNSW in Sydney if it meant it was a lot cheaper and in a city people actually like living in. Hell, even if I stayed in India I am certain I would have got some tier 2 college like DTU/NSUT/IIITs. That would have costed almost nothing to go to, I could have used the money to fucking buy land or something

Yeah but the fees would have still been less. Blaady even after taking loan we don't ave enough for all 4 years of university, i can only pay 3.5 so I have to take extra subjects workload per semester to graduate early, on top of that I still need to find time to get internships and learn muh skillz. If I was in a big city I could have a job in the summer holidays so I could get work exp, etc. but nooo, there are no cities within 200+km of where I live so i don't have that option.
