Ever since I was a little kid I've faced random body aches where some part of my body will hurt and I will feel like asking someone to massage it hard, almost crush it. It usually happens in my thighs but sometimes also happens in my back(really the whole torso) and sometimes in my shoulder blade area. Anyone else who's faced this?

I once went to a doctor who suggested it might be a vitamin deficiency and prescribed pills I took them pills but nothing happened really. Should I get my blood tested for vitamins?
