Can anyone anon please give me some srious advice or guide me to some youtube video?

My nervous system and adrenal glands are fired up. I am literally shaking at same stuff, my hands are cold af 24*7 and I am sweating at same time. I have that weird feeling of fear all the time. I also feel dehydrated no matter how much water I drink.

Please help.
