She's somewhat correct indians do smell but not every indians smell stinky. For example I have a very pleasant odour. My bellybutton smells of red lays and my groin smells of the choco balls in kinder joy. Given such, it is quite hypocritical for such japs to talk low on Indians while they supposedly smell like fish(seafood prevalence like that of bhangal). And let me tell you, bhangal has been the stinkiest place I have ever visited.

Asians smell of rice water and frying bad, pretty bad. Even the chink gore is smellier than pajeet and gora gore.

Just deworm yourself pajeet, we indians keep eating multiple times a day without caring about your gut health.
The smell comes from bacteria, fungus and parasites.

Unless we are talking about koreans, cumskins smell horrible, I don't know how people never talk about it. I doubt it is generic, I feel like they are just not used to taking a shower. But Koreans and so on, lack the BO gene factor, which leads to them not having any smell at all.
