How do we terraform our Plane lands?

Most of the exotic beauty of India lies in the Himalayan mountains, unfortunately the upper capacity of how many people those places can hold is very farce. Thus it leads me to think, most of our cities, urban development, infrastructure, roads, factories, industries are situated in plane biomes. Now the problem is that most of these places aren't aesthetically pleasing, they get the job done but their isn't really much in for the people that are native to those lands in terms of scenic beauty. This is mainly to make the place better for the inhabitants since the tourists can just visit other traditional tourist hotspots and already established attractions. Think of it as a general Quality of Life improvement. Bare in mind that the changes you suggest should be able to accommodate with the natural climate of the region but still makes the experience better without messing with the core ecosystem of that region.

Same as all of europe and england
Planes are savanna in africa and prairie in america
If you remove peoples it will naturally become a jungle in 20 years.

It's not possible. Mars has very little atmosphere. Even for far future peoples it would be more economical to terraform venus (remove excess atmosphere rather than bring it from outside)

By standardising housing. Indians have to extend into jungles and farmlands because of restricted heights of building and super inflated costs of flats.
